AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and SeconDisc ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the SeconDisc website, mobile application, and all other online services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or outdated.

USER CONTENT

Our Services allow you to create, store, and share AI prompts and other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

By creating, posting, or sharing User Content on or through our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or causing harm to any person or entity
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other types of malicious code
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services
• Using the Services to generate, store, or share content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Using the Services to generate harmful content such as instructions for illegal activities
• Collecting or harvesting any information from the Services, including user accounts
• Impersonating another person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Using the Services in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and audio) are owned by SeconDisc or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services, any content provided through the Services, or our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND INTEGRATIONS

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by SeconDisc.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities or their websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall SeconDisc be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Services, with the delay or inability to use the Services, or for any information, products, or services obtained through the Services, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if SeconDisc has been advised of the possibility of damages.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services, or delete your account through the account settings.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any such changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
